What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Requests after 30 days cannot be accepted. More Detail check here
What is the exchange policy?
All orders (except sale items, earrings and our engraved collections) can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days with proof of purchase.
How can I track my order?
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping information. You can enter your tracking number here.
Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on an international order?
We try our best to make sure you don't have to pay additional import or customs tax/duty charges but sometimes it is out of our control. If you are charged additional taxes/duties, you are responsible for the payment of them as it is out of our hands at that point. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information on taxes and duties.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, and Apple Pay.
I would like to change or cancel my order.
You may change or cancel any Bodhi Stone order as long as the order status is “in process.” Once the order status has changed to “shipped,” we can not change or cancel your order as it is now in the hands of our carriers.
Will I be charged tax on my order?
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Bodhistone order following individual state codes and regulations. Tax will be added if your shipping address is in one of the following states – AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or the District of Columbia.

What is the cost of shipping?
We charge $5 for shipping, $10 for orders weighing 1 pound and over, and free shipping for orders over $50.
When will you ship my order?
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Estimated Processing Time: 2-5 business days
Standard Shipping Time: 2-20 business days
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Before shipping, all items are cleansed in our Sacred Blessing area to ensure they arrive to you with the highest positive healing vibrations. Once your item ships, we will notify you via email. Please note that during busy seasons, processing an order can take 5-7 business days.
I didn’t receive an order number. How do I know my order is complete?
Our system sends a confirmation email after you make your purchase and it will include your order number. If you didn’t receive it, please check your Spam Folder. If you are concerned that your order didn’t go through, and you haven’t received a confirmation email, please email us at support@bodhistoneshop.com
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Customers typically receive their orders within 1-3 weeks, however, this timeframe may vary for international customers. Pre-ordered items will be shipped 3-4 weeks after purchase.
Will my order be shipped in one package?
To ensure that your items are shipped as quickly as possible, some items may arrive separately.
I received a tracking number but it hasn’t been updated.
Please allow our carriers 2-3 business days after the shipment date to update your tracking info.
Where are my items coming from?
All of our items are handcrafted by skilled artisans worldwide and shipped from our fulfillment center in Beijing, China.
Can I update my shipping address?
Please double-check your address in the confirmation email.
If there’s a mistake, contact us at support@bodhistoneshop.com before your order ships.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, the address cannot be changed.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange something that I purchased online at a retail location?
Unfortunately, our system requires that all exchanges be made where they were purchased. Please exchange your online purchase by contacting us at contact@bodhistone.com and then shipping the item(s) back to us.
The item I received doesn’t look like the picture on the website.
Genuine stones naturally vary in color and size. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the product pictured. We take great pride in ensuring that the product images in our online catalog represent the look and quality of the items our customers receive. Should this not be the case, please send a photo of the item you received to support@bodhistoneshop.com so we can confirm that the correct product was shipped.
My item is broken.
Our products are handcrafted with care with strong attention to detail and quality. Due to the delicate nature of some designs, breakage can occur, although it is rare. If your item is broken, please contact us and send a photo a your item and receipt to info@karmaandluck.com. Replacements are offered if the item is defective and within 30 days of being purchased. Damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement. Defective items within the price range of $49+ purchased within 1 year with proof of purchase may request a special promo code for 50% off the same item.
Can I get a price adjustment on my item?
As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, inventory, and demand from the consumer. As such, we are not able to offer price adjustments.
How long do returns take to process?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered and received. Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee replacements or exchanges to 100%. If the item you wish is out of stock you will have the possibility to pick a different item for a replacement. Online purchases may only be returned or exchanged through our customer support team at support@bodhistoneshop.com Return labels will be provided only for damaged or defective products within the policy time. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The services provided by Redo for exchanges, credits, pick-ups, and other related services are nonrefundable.
Return Policy For International Orders:
Returns for exchanges, replacements, or refunds will need to be done within 30 days of being delivered (the delivery date is provided by the carrier). International customers must cover shipping expenses to return their products to the US. Bodhistone will ship the replacement piece (due to damage) to the country of destination, cost-free. Returns for exchanges will be charged a shipping fee. Items under final sale or clearance being Women, Men, Kids, Home Decor, or others may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The services provided by Redo for exchanges, credits, pick-ups, and other related services are nonrefundable.

Will my item look the same as it does on the website?
Our bracelets combine natural gemstones with carefully crafted metal elements.
Because genuine stones naturally vary in color, texture, and size, each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the product photos. We do our best to present our items accurately, but slight variations are normal and part of the natural beauty of the materials.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Avoid contact with water, chemicals and perfumes as these may cause tarnishing and discoloration. Clean gently with a dry, non-abrasive cloth.
